We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund or an exchange within 30 days of the delivery date. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

If you need to return or exchange your order for any reason, we are here to help! We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your unused product for credit to our online store, a different DRIVERBACK system or we will refund you the amount of your purchase.

To return an item, please contact us via email or text message to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the delivery date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition. Once your return has been processed, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

EXCHANGE

To make an exchange please return original item(s) within 30 days of the delivery date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Once your exchange is processed, your new item(s) will be shipped. Please note that buyers are responsible for return shipping and any new and or additional shipping costs.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 2 business days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. 

EXCEPTIONS

    For defective or damaged products, please contact us to arrange a refund or exchange.

    • Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
    • Returns are accepted for anything that has been damaged during shipping (photos may be required of damaged items and packaging materials).
